Fail

That's how I felt about this week's outing. My goal was Molly's Nipple overlooking the Hurricane valley, but with my "Young Guns" in-tow and complaining before we even got out of the car, the trek was doomed for failure. My Toyota Corolla couldn't get us close enough to our destination ( a truck or SUV of some sort would've come in handy), so we abandoned and tried looking around below.

There were some cool looking caves, but we just chased lizards and hiked about half way up the mountain.

Later that night, we got our bbq season under way thanks to the McArthurs. The kids took some batting practice in Aaron's batting cage but quickly redirected their energies to more important matters - frog catching.

When the kids heard there was a bounty for the capture and relocation (to Ira's backyard across the street), they were all over it.

The final tally was 3 frogs successfully relocated to Aaron's brother's backyard. Less noise at night and a better sleep for Aaron and Tammi.

Finally, the marshmallow roast. We had a great time hangin' with Aaron and Nate's family both.
